Dumbbells & Kettlebells
12 Week Kettlebell and Dumbbell only muscle builder.

If you are tight on time and equipment but want to gain muscle and build an aerobic engine then this plan is for you. This program requires 45-60 mins to complete.
​
4 workouts per week. Expect linear progression, supersets and lots of technique.

Beginner Strength and Conditioing
8 Week beginner to intermediate Strength and Conditioning Program.#

This program is focused on body composition and function. There is lots of time under tension, high repetitions and low rest periods. This is the perfect program to lose weight, gain muscle and improve your overall health and fitness!

Olympic Weightlifting Athlete
This is a 12 week specifically designed for more advanced field athletes with a background in olympic lifting.
​
During this program the emphasis is on developing your olympic lifts and in turn improving your explosiveness and robustness on and off the field. This is a complex program and requires 60-90mins to complete.

3 day a week program that can be worked around your on field training. Each week you will steadily increase intensity and complexity.

Strength and Conditioning Field Athlete
This is a 12 week power building filled athlete program.

During this program the emphasis is on a blend of strength, size and athleticism. Designed for those who want to get stranger and build muscle without losing other filed qualities. This program requires 60-75mins to compete,

3 day a week program that can be worked around your on field training. Each week you will steadily increase intensity and complexity.
